I had a great time in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, I loved the fact that they provided coffee in the morning at a nearby cafeteria. this hotel was clean and had all the facilities I needed.

This hotel surely has a convenient location as it's close to the main avenue and tour sellers. Some rooms might have a nice view of the city. The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant are of good quality. the common area is a good spot to relax.

It's unfortunate that some rooms are too noisy, dusty and not cleaned properly.

Great location for adventure seekers and tourists, with tour operators, restaurants, and shops nearby. Spotless rooms with comfortable beds, hot water, and fast Wi-Fi. The attached restaurant offers tasty meals at reasonable prices. The staff was accommodating and responsive to our needs during busy Easter holidays.

The noise from the street and restaurant was disturbing at night, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The lack of hooks in the room and bathroom made it difficult to organize our stuff, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location of the hotel was ideal since it was in close proximity to a popular tour seller for Huasteca. the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects was the rooftop terrace which offered a wonderful view.

The room was lacking in comfort due to the absence of hooks to hang personal items, as well as the bathroom being subpar in terms of cleanliness. the noise level from the busy street and lunchroom made it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.
